Mini bio
I began my interest in cinema while studying in CEGEP (equivalent of college level education). The program I enrolled in was called Digital Imaging Studio Arts, at Champlain College. This program had nothing to do with film, however I learned a range of techniques in drawing, painting, sculpture, as well as various computer programs. Though the classes were taught in such a way that the artwork was meant to be for still images, I decided to try my hand at animation. I did my first 3D computer animation along with other animations done with different techniques. My attraction to animation was the movement several still images can make if put together. I thought it was fascinating that my perception of art is changed when it is in movement.

My university days were the days that really changed my life. I was accepted in the film animation program at Concordia University where I learned several techniques and styles that influenced my student films. I explored various techniques including 3D computer animation, traditional cell drawings, stop motion, clay painting and 2D computer paint. I also went into different genres, going from children stories, to light comedy, to a dystopian drama. I then discovered that I enjoyed story telling. Even when a film was very personal to me, I made it so that others can enjoy the story as well.
